Who we are.
WE are Julie Graydon, a resident of Yorba Linda, born and raised in California. Having lived in Mission Viejo, Pasadena, Burbank and San Diego, Julie has a vast network of professional alliances and a complex knowledge of Southern California’s diverse communities, school districts and neighborhoods.
Julie spent her early career as a Senior Buyer for an Aerospace Engineering firm. She excelled at procurement due to her outstanding interpersonal skills and proficiency with negotiating. A Realtor since 2011, Julie is confident that her commitment to every aspect of her clients’ transactions will earn referrals and repeat business. Awarded the Prudential California Realty Rookie of the Year Award in 2011, Julie has set the standard for excellence in her field.
In her spare time, Julie is a founding member of Challengers Unlimited Car Club, in which she enjoys working on and participating in car shows with her custom muscle car. Julie is also a longtime volunteer for various local animal shelters, and is dedicated to the protection of animal rights. You can often find her enjoying the outdoors with her family and their black dog, Reginald.
